Yes, when you search our web site or any 3rd party web site some homes will show active but when you call you will find they are under contract.  This is because the seller has requested the listing agents continue to market the property for a back up offer so it is really under contrat.  Sorry, but we as agents cannot control this fact as it is set up by the multiple listing company guidelines.
